PCB Layout Design

Role Overview: You will be responsible for designing, developing, modifying, and evaluating electronic parts, components, or integrated circuitry for electronic equipment, hardware systems, and electrical engineering applications. Your role will involve selecting components and equipment based on analysis of specifications and reliability, utilizing CAD tools for schematics and layout design, and conducting experimental tests to identify, analyze, and resolve system design weaknesses. You will also need to have good design analyzing skills, debugging skills, hands-on knowledge of test equipment, and bring-up knowledge of hardware. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and modify schematics and design layouts with minimal guidance - Work on developing basic system features and components in line with product proposals or roadmaps under minimal supervision from more experienced engineers - Apply common system knowledge and design methodology for electronic hardware, integrated circuitry, or platforms - Use appropriate tools to conduct common analyses of hardware design - Define sensitivity/integrity of subsystem or design based on device specifications and requirements - Collaborate with design engineering teams to guide engineers for hardware testing needs and execute testing for hardware interfaces independently - Conduct verification of subsystem to ensure platform compatibility and support by appropriate systems requirements - Contribute to design reviews for platform development, define design constraints for a specific project, and identify solutions to meet design targets - Maintain and update accurate information for schedules, provide updates to project lead, and ensure project completion on time - Contribute to technical conversations and documentation, escalate complex technical issues to an appropriate party Qualification Required: - Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering or a related field - 2+ years of experience with circuit design, analysis, PCB layout, and testing - 2+ years of experience with hardware system design, system integration, schematic capture, and circuit simulation software - 2+ years of experience with hardware system validation and measurement instruments - 1+ years of experience working in a large matrixed organization Please note that the company details were not provided in the job description.,
