Job Overview: The Program Manager for Chip Design will oversee the entire lifecycle of semiconductor design projects, from initial concept through to tape-out and GDSII handoff. Minimum of 5 years of experience in soldering, preferably in an electronics-manufacturing environment. Knowledge of electrical and electronic components, read and interpret assembly instructions, blueprints, and schematics to understand the soldering requirements for each project. Perform precision soldering tasks on electronic components and assemblies and performs various types of soldering including surface mount (SOIC, BGA), thru-hole, and hand-soldering and product Harness according to specifications and quality standards. Inspect finished products to identify any soldering defects or quality issues, and assess if rework or repairs are needed. Collaborate with the design team to troubleshoot and resolve any soldering-related issues that arise during the manufacturing process. Operate and maintain soldering equipment ensuring they are in proper working condition.
