Able to support the physics with strong theoretical knowledge in CFD. • Experience in Fluid Solid Interaction analysis. • Experience in cell chemistry analysis using COMSOL or GT-Suite preferably. • Prepare a detailed report for the analysis showing the Inputs received, Boundary Conditions considered for analysis, Material Details considered for analysis, detailed results, Result summary table showing OK/NG against Judgement criteria, convergence graph achieved, calculations done to support the analysis. • Estimation of effort and planning for CFD Analysis. • Heat transfer analysis on PCB with copper trace using FlowTherm. (considering ohmic heating, heat generation points on PCB, etc.) • Plan/strategize for the required analysis for analytical verification of concepts. SKILLSETS : • Experience in executing the Automotive project as per process standard – IATF16949 • Expertise in StarCCM, FlowTherm, COMSOL, GT-Suite and good theoretical and practical knowledge in CFD simulation. • Experience in 1D analysis for heat transfer problems. • Exposure in thermal cooling simulation techniques. • Knowledge in material selection based on various properties. • Able to co-relate the simulation results with actual validation results. • Knowledge of automotive & Li-Ion Battery test and regulatory standards – ISO, IEC, UN
