PCB Design Trainer

We are seeking a knowledgeable and passionate PCB Design Trainer to conduct training sessions for engineering and diploma college students. The trainer will be responsible for delivering hands-on, industry-oriented sessions on PCB Design using tools like Altium Designer, Eagle, KiCad, or OrCAD.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver interactive PCB Design training modules.
• Train students on schematic capture, PCB layout, DRC, Gerber file generation, and fabrication best practices.
• Guide students in mini-projects and real-time case studies.
• Prepare training materials, assignments, and assessments.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and integrate them into training content.
• Provide feedback on student performance and suggest improvements.
• Coordinate with academic institutions for scheduling and student engagement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Diploma in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 2+ years of industry or academic experience in PCB Design.
• Proficiency in one or more PCB Design tools (Altium, Eagle, KiCad, OrCAD, etc.).
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
• Ability to travel to different colleges (if required).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in academic training or workshops.
• Certifications in PCB Design or Electronics Design.
• Knowledge of embedded systems or IoT is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
