We are seeking a knowledgeable and passionate PCB Design Trainer to conduct training sessions for engineering and diploma college students. The trainer will be responsible for delivering hands-on, industry-oriented sessions on PCB Design using tools like Altium Designer, Eagle, KiCad, or OrCAD . Key Responsibilities: Design and deliver interactive PCB Design training modules. Train students on schematic capture, PCB layout, DRC, Gerber file generation, and fabrication best practices. Guide students in mini-projects and real-time case studies. Prepare training materials, assignments, and assessments. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and integrate them into training content. Provide feedback on student performance and suggest improvements. Coordinate with academic institutions for scheduling and student engagement. Requirements: Bachelor's or Diploma in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or a related field. 2+ years of industry or academic experience in PCB Design. Proficiency in one or more PCB Design tools (Altium, Eagle, KiCad, OrCAD, etc.). Strong communication and presentation skills. Passion for teaching and mentoring students. Ability to travel to different colleges (if required). Preferred Qualifications: Experience in academic training or workshops. Certifications in PCB Design or Electronics Design.
