Verify 100% of modules as per test formats and document observaO ons. Develop and maintain work instrucO ons, test formats, and quality documentaO on. Supervise quality control funcO ons, including incoming, outgoing, supplier approval, and customer quality assurance. Prepare and review Quality Control Plans and inspecO on reports. Document internal audits and other quality assurance acO viO es Review Approve inspecO ons reports, and the documentaO on issued by QC team Ensure the use of properly calibrated equipment and test jigs for accurate tesO ng. Review analysis of Defect Material Reports, driving root cause analysis and correcO ve acO ons taken to resolve quality issues, field failures for various components.
