Job description Role & responsibilities Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly production aligns with planning schedules. Prioritize tasks based on daily operational plans. Receive XY and BOM-related documents from the Engineering Team to initiate programming activities. According to the daily production plan, receive kits from the store and commence kitting activities. Verify that all customer requirements are met based on the BOM and programming before offering machines to Quality for inspection. Once completed, machines are prepared for loading. Load machines with specific components as per programming, followed by quality verification. Once quality verification is complete and no issues are found, machines are offered for production. Any discrepancies are reported to the corresponding departments. SMT pick-and-place completed boards are sent to Quality to ensure all mounts are correct before proceeding to reflow. Set the reflow profile according to customer specifications and standards. After completing the reflow process, boards are subjected to post-reflow inspection and AOI inspection, followed by X-ray inspection. Once all operations for SMT boards are complete, they are transitioned to the THT process. Any rework or issues are resolved during the SMT stage. Ensure production is carried out as scheduled, delivering quality products to customers. Maintain production-related documents and report to top management. Responsible for overseeing Production Engineers, Junior Engineers, GETs, DETs, Operators, and Apprentices. Continuously maintain and improve day-to-day activities to meet or exceed departmental KPIs. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Engineering, in ECE/EEE. Skills Required: Proven experience in a production supervisory or management role, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Strong understanding of production processes, quality assurance, and lean manufacturing principles. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Strong leadership and team management abilities. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficient in using production management software and tools.
