Assist in patient care activities under the supervision of nursing or medical staff, including monitoring vital signs, assisting with mobility, hygiene, and feeding of patients. Ensure patient comfort by promptly responding to call bells and addressing basic needs. Maintain cleanliness and sanitization of patient areas and medical equipment. Document patient information accurately and communicate any changes in condition to healthcare providers. Support nursing staff with administrative tasks such as filing records, restocking supplies, and managing patient transport within the facility. Comply with hospital protocols, safety procedures, and infection control standards. Participate in team meetings and training programs to enhance patient care quality and service delivery
