Job Description Brief Job Description: Senior Service Engineer - Thermal Management Travelling within Karnataka If required: To meet current demands and support our customers in the deployment, maintenance, repair and modification of Precision Air Conditioners in the best possible way there is opportunity for a number of roles within our services Organization. To meet this demand, we are recruiting experienced Field Service Engineers to provide consistent quality and support to customers across the EMEA region. The roles will be based out of our India Services Operating unit and will support sites across EMEA. The role will involve extensive travel across the region. Responsibilities: - Collect appreciation letters/mails 5nos / month Avoid escalations from customer and max 1no to ZSM per annum. Meet 15 customers / week and provide time sheet daily. Meet 10 customer/month to create awareness about value added services / power saving products / Eco friendly systems /Monitoring systems / CEMS100 to ICOM/Digital scroll conversions /AHU EC fan retrofit /creating enquiry for Filter and coil replacement, refrigerant conversions Training the franchise and internal team on product knowledge. Monitoring daily open BD calls. Ensure RT & TAT as per SLA (2Hr & 6Hr respectively. Major breakdown TAT 72Hrs) Ensure PM planning thru CMS with digitalization of PMs & Breakdown reports Ensure proper inventory forecasting based on ISB Ensure below 2 lacs of inventory EMP location. Ensure Defective spares to be scrapped / dispatched to AFL within same month PM completion ratio In time forecast for sufficient stock of spares to avoid SLA outrage & for local purchases Manager approval mandatory Monthly verifying & updating ISB to avoid services for O/W customers & THOTO PAC equipment from projects team for warranty service. Auditing the DHL local ware house. Min. 3 Site visits in a month to check Quality of Services done by Franchisee, PM & Safety. Daily time sheet to be submitted and ensure > 80% productivity 100% safety compliance for self, team and Franchisee team & audited during site visit and have recorded Qualifications: - Minimum 10+ years experience in a site / client facing role. Recognized qualification in an Diploma or Engineering discipline from Mechanical & Electronics back ground. Experience with dealing with clients/customers in a professional manner. Familiar with Mechanical, electrical, electronics testing & fault finding. Understanding of LV Switchgear and Protection devices. Working knowledge of HVAC Excellent attitude to safety and good understanding of safe isolation and electrical safety and safe working practices. Familiar with maintaining accurate and detailed completion of test documentation. Experience with Client Factory Acceptance Tests / Site Acceptance Tests. Knowledge of PC Software & reasonable understanding of IT. Excellent communicator ability to deal with difficult clients under pressure. Fully flexible to work additional hours and nights/weekends. This is a site-based role and majority of work time will be based on-site or travelling, the role will include extensive overseas travel. Full driving license is desirable.
