As a Color-Bill of Material (C-BOM) Coordinator, your primary role will involve preparing C-BOMs for models under development and releasing them in the I-BOM system after conducting necessary checks. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating Color Change Notes (CCNs) for color-related changes in regular production models based on Engineering Change Notes (ECN) or Production Change Notes (PCN) released by Engineering/Production Planning Control/Production departments. Your role will also entail interacting with internal stakeholders such as PPC (G)/PPC (M)/PPC (SMG) and CMF Designers. Your key responsibilities will include: 1. C-BOM Preparations: - Studying Part Color Instructions (PCI). - Reviewing part drawings. - Analyzing model specifications for colored parts. - Preparing C-BOM in the I-BOM system based on the above studies. 2. CCN Preparations: - Understanding Engineering Change Notes (ECN)/Production Change Notes (PCN) with respect to their impact on colored parts. - Creating Color Change Notes (CCN) and releasing them in the I-BOM system. 3. Collaborating with PPCs P-BOM members (M/G/SMG) to ensure smooth and timely execution of C-BOM release. 4. Participating in development trial Quality Reviews (QRs) with the Design CMF team to verify that vehicle models are manufactured according to the C-BOM. 5. Making modifications to the C-BOM based on the outcomes of the above checks. Educational Qualifications: - Essential: BE/Diploma - Knowledge of Vehicle parts/Drawing Reading is a plus.,
