PBI Report Developer - Supervising Associate - Reporting and Data Analytics

The Reporting and Data Analytics (R&DA) team at EY is responsible for delivering key management and financial reporting across the firm. As a PBI and SSRS Report Developer - Supervising Associate, you will work with a team of developers to support and build reports using Power BI and SSRS. These reports are generated from pre-prepared datasets or through SQL and Power Query processes. You will collaborate with the broader R&DA technical team to ensure the underlying reporting environment, datasets, and data refresh processes are maintained. Additionally, you will work closely with the Product Line teams to interpret and refine customer requirements into technical specifications and reporting applications. Your responsibilities will include delivering intuitive reporting solutions, managing ETL processes, collaborating with different teams, translating requirements into work estimates, investigating and resolving data issues, ensuring data security, and managing the development cycle. To succeed in this role, you should have advanced skills in Power BI report development, experience with DAX, knowledge of ETL processes, proficiency in SQL queries, effective communication skills, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities. Experience with Power Platform tools, project management, Azure DevOps, and Visual Studio would be beneficial. You should have at least 5 years of experience in a finance or technical department, with a high motivation to learn and collaborate with experienced colleagues.
