We are looking for a General Manager for Pazheri Properties. Location: Menonpara, Palakkad Experience: 7+ years of experience ( From the Real Estate industry) Prefer Candidates from Kerala The Key responsibilities include : 1. Oversee and coordinate with all 4 core verticals: HR & Admin, Finance & Legal, Operations and Sales & Marketing. 2. Supervise the Operations Manager for project execution and site development activities. 3. Plan, schedule, and monitor operational and financial performance across all projects. 4. Lead budgeting, cost control, vendor management, and ensure timely project delivery within approved budgets. 5. Manage HR and administrative functions — manpower planning, performance monitoring, compliance, and policy implementation. 6. Oversee finance and legal activities — budgeting, documentation, agreements, RERA and statutory compliance. 7. Drive overall sales strategy, pricing, and marketing campaigns to achieve business targets. 8. Develop, manage, and strengthen relationships with Channel Partners and guide the in-house Channel Partner team for effective sales conversions. 9. Conduct CP meets, training, and incentive programs to enhance engagement and performance. 10. Handle Joint Venture and land purchase processes — from identification, negotiation, and due diligence to registration and legal documentation. 11. Liaise with landowners, local authorities, legal advisors, and consultants for all project-related approvals and documentation. 12. Review departmental performance, present periodic reports, and ensure alignment with organizational goals. 13. Coordinate cross-department activities and report directly to the Managing Director / Chairman. 14. Ensure smooth functioning, accountability, and professional communication across all departments.
