Payroll Tax Partner

As part of Wabtec Corporation, a leading global provider of equipment, systems, digital solutions, and value-added services, you will have the opportunity to make a difference and contribute to innovative transportation solutions. **Key Responsibilities:** - Ensure the accuracy, timeliness, and completeness of all tax filings, amendments, and reporting, including W-2s and W-2cs. - Complete reconciliations, corrections, root cause analysis, troubleshoot issues, and problems. - Look for ways to improve processes and support department operational and transformation initiatives. - Assist with supporting the relationship with external consultants and ADP. - Provide various reports and data for internal and external audits as required. - Perform other related duties as assigned. **Qualifications Required:** - Experience with Workday highly preferred. - Experience with ADP Smart Compliance highly preferred. - Experience working in a manufacturing and union environment. - Must adapt to a dynamic, rapidly changing business environment. - Ability to multi-task and work within tight deadlines. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively. - Strong organizational and time management skills. - Proficient in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPS and Pivot Tables). - Excellent oral and written communications skills with a strong customer service orientation.
