Job Description: Enterprise Sales Manager Payroll As A Service (Blue Collar Workforce), India Enterprise Market Role Summary We are seeking an independent, driven Manager Enterprise Sales for Payroll As A Service (PaaS) solutions tailored to the blue-collar workforce in India. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 4 years of enterprise sales experience in Payroll Services. This role is a high-impact, contributor position, responsible for hunting and closing new enterprise accounts. Key Responsibilities Identify, qualify, and generate leads for payroll services focused on enterprise clients needing payroll solutions for off-roll/on-roll blue-collar workforce. Own the entire sales cycle from lead generation, pain point discovery, client engagement, solution pitching and proposal development, to negotiation and deal closure. Work independently to achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets Foster strong relationships with key decision-makers—CHROs, Head HRs and Payroll Heads. Deliver consultative sales presentations, clearly demonstrating the value of modern, compliant payroll outsourcing. Stay current on industry trends, compliance challenges, and technological advancements in payroll, especially for blue-collar segments. Maintain diligent CRM hygiene—track pipeline, forecast accurately, and report against KPIs. Provide actionable feedback from market to product and operations teams to enhance solution fit. Required Skills and Experience 4 years of enterprise sales experience within Payroll Services targeting Indian enterprises; blue-collar workforce segment experience is a plus. Demonstrated ability to generate own leads, run independent sales campaigns, and close enterprise deals. Excellent relationship-building, consultative selling, and negotiation ability. Familiarity with payroll optimization challenges – input validation, compliance, accuracy, and seamless process integration. Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to interact with CXOs and senior HR/Payroll/Finance stakeholders. Track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas and KPIs. Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to travel and actively prospect within the allocated region as required.
