Key Skills & Requirements: 8+ years of relevant experience. Strong understanding and hands-on exposure to Payroll Risk Management, compliance, and controls. Expertise in Process Engineering with capability in at least two roles or industries. Proficient in Process Mapping/Modelling ability to visually represent processes using tools like Visio or similar. Additional Information: Immediate joiners or candidates with a notice period of up to 45 days will be preferred.
