Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities

• Payroll account reconciliation experience.
• Preparation and review of Inpat tax calculations.
• Hands-on involvement in payroll month-end activities, including accruals and payroll journals.
• Strong working knowledge of SAP.
• Experience in reporting local benefits for US citizens for W2 form.
• Understanding of statutory rules, regulations, and reporting requirements across various countries at month/year end.
• Blackline tool knowledge is an added advantage.
• Liaison with internal and external auditors for audit planning and execution.
• Month-end close activities and trial balance (TB) reviews on payroll accounts.
• Team management and strong stakeholder relationship skills.

Basic Qualifications

• Graduation in any stream.

Desired/Preferred Expertise

• Experience in payroll accounting is required.
• Prior knowledge of SAP Payroll is an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office (mandatory).
• Experience with S4Hana, SAP, Blackline tool, Global View, and ADP applications is an added advantage.
• Additional certifications such as FPC/CPP are preferred.
• Excellent written and oral English communication skills.
• Experience in stakeholder management.
