Workday HRIS Administrator We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Workday HRIS Administrator to work with our People Team to drive innovation, take ownership, and champion cutting-edge solutions in this critical, client-facing role. This role will spearhead the configuration and optimization of Workday business processes, while also collaborating on a wide array of high-impact projects across multiple Workday modules. The role includes configuring Workday Payroll, managing payroll processing, compliance, and tax reporting, and troubleshooting payroll-related issues. The consultant will work closely with project teams to ensure accurate payroll implementation and seamless integrations with third-party providers. Experience in Workday Payroll implementations, local tax regulations, and reporting is required. Certification in Workday Payroll is must. Requirements: Active Workday Payroll Certification (US/Canada) with at least 3 years of experience in Workday payroll implementations and total experience of 4 to 10 years Strong knowledge of Workday Payroll framework, including taxes, compliance, legislation, earnings, deductions, and tax calculations. Experience in delivering at least two end-to-end Workday Payroll implementations. Ability to gather, analyze, and implement business requirements using Workday best practices.
