Role & responsibilities Manage end-to-end employee life cycle processes including onboarding, induction, confirmation, transfers, and exits. Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and provide HR support across functions. Handle recruitment activities: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with hiring managers. Manage HR operations such as attendance, leave management, payroll coordination, and HRMS updates. Implement HR policies and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
