Payroll Functional Expertise: • Payroll Setup & Configuration • Defining payrolls, elements, input values, balances, and fast formulas. • Payroll Process Execution • Managing payroll run, pre-payment, costing, retro-pay, quick pay, and reconciliation. • Understanding of statutory rules. • Core HR and Payroll Integration Designing or validating Payroll Fast Formulas for: • Earnings and deductions • Eligibility rules • Absence calculations • Build and test formulas.
