Job Summary : Piramal Capital & Housing Finance Ltd is looking for pre-disbursement activities in Payment & Insurance unit (Central Operations) for Retail loans business. The person will be responsible for handling the disbursements activities i.e Digital Payments, Authorisation of transactions, funds management, daily transaction reconciliation, coordination with the IT Team. Facilitating the daily execution of disbursements inward in the Central operations tray, MIS preparations, Handling the Audit. Role & responsibilities : To ensure the disbursement payout process within the given TAT. Handling the central disbursement payout process Review and incorporate changes in the SOPs as and when process change is observed. Handle audit-related requirements and provide suitable resolutions. Coordinate with branch/central team/Partners and all related stake holders as a process requirement. Responsible for due diligence & the compliances of the activities handled. Daily reconciliation of the transactions disbursed and payments. Preparing the MIS for the management Funds Management in coordination with the treasury team Providing training to the team members on the process. Preferred candidate profile : Graduate from a reputed college Masters degree/ MBA preferred, but not mandatory 7-10 years of relevant experience in Central operations for retail loans products / processes is mandatory. Well versed with MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word Exposure to CRM and Loan management system is mandatory. Essential Experience : Ability to work under tight deadlines and decision-making skills to manage conflicting and changing priorities. • Excellent written & verbal communication skills. Drive team to process accurate / timely transactions at all times. Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
