Brand: RocketHR.org Location: Connaught Place, New Delhi Salary: Up to ₹6 Lacs per Annum Key Responsibilities Enterprise Partnerships * Build and manage partnerships with mid-to-large enterprises for HRMS adoption. * Engage with HR heads, CFOs, and decision-makers to position RocketHR as a preferred solution. Channel & Alliance Development Onboard HR consultants, payroll agencies, staffing firms, and Chartered Accountants as referral/implementation partners. Develop revenue-sharing models and partner incentive programs. Technology & Ecosystem Alliances Identify integration opportunities with fintech platforms, ERPs, payroll processors, and neo-banks. Work on co-selling and bundling RocketHR with partner offerings. Sales & Business Growth Generate enterprise leads via partnerships, alliances, and direct sales channels. Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets and partner-driven sales growth. Marketing & GTM Collaboration* * Co-create campaigns, webinars, and events with partners. * Represent RocketHR.org at HR and tech networking e Candidate Profile * Experience: 2–5 years in B2B sales, partnerships, or alliances (preferably HRMS / SaaS / HR Tech / Fintech domain). * Skills Required: * Strong relationship-building and enterprise sales skills. * Understanding of HRMS/HR processes (payroll, compliance, HR consulting). * Ability to negotiate win-win partnership deals. * Excellent communication and presentation skills. * Mindset: Self-starter, growth-driven, and comfortable working in a startup environment. ## KPIs & Success Metrics * Onboard 10–12 channel partners (consultants, agencies) within 6 months. * Close 5+ enterprise clients within the first year. * Build at least 3 strategic integration partnerships in Year 1. * Deliver measurable revenue contribution via partnerships and alliances.
