Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and targets. Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications. Strong analytical and reporting skills, with attention to detail and accuracy. Experience working in a similar role within the BFSI industry, preferably in a bank or NBFC setting.
