Description - External Requirement Gathering and Analysis: Collaborating with stakeholders, such as business users, project managers, and development teams, to understand business objectives, processes, and requirements. Experience in Payments in banking domain Must have SWIFT, Payments BA, IS0 MT Conducting workshops, interviews, and surveys to elicit and document detailed functional and non-functional requirements. Analysing and prioritizing requirements based on business value, feasibility, and technical constraints. Documentation and Specification: Creating clear and comprehensive requirement documents, such as user stories, use cases, process flows, and system requirements specifications. Developing wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to visually represent the proposed solutions and user interfaces. Collaborating with design and development teams to ensure that requirements are well understood and effectively implemented. Technical Solution Design: Working closely with technical architects and development teams to design the technical aspects of the solution. Providing insights and recommendations on system architecture, technology selection, and integration approaches. Identifying dependencies, risks, and potential impacts of the proposed solutions. Stakeholder Communication: Facilitating communication between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that requirements are clearly understood and effectively communicated. Presenting technical concepts and solutions to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. Managing stakeholder expectations and ensuring alignment between business goals and technical solutions.
