Role Overview: As a Data Associate within the Analytics Team, you will be responsible for identifying key metrics and conducting comprehensive analyses to support business strategies. Your role will involve collaborating with various departments to develop tailored insights and analytic solutions, as well as enhancing data visualizations and business dashboards. You should excel at deriving insights and crafting narratives to drive strategic initiatives forward. Key Responsibilities: - Partner with different departments to develop insights and analytic solutions customized to client needs. - Conduct in-depth analyses and build statistical models to identify trends and key drivers influencing product, sales, risk, and operational decisions. - Design and improve data visualizations using existing tools or by creating new ones to enhance business dashboards. - Implement processes and tools to improve data access, extraction, and analysis efficiency. - Maintain relationships with internal teams to proactively address business needs through analytics. Qualification Required: - 4+ years of experience in quantitative data analysis. - B.S. or M.S. in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science) from a prestigious institution. - Proficiency in SQL and experience with statistical software or programming languages such as R or Python. - Familiarity with data visualization and BI tools like Looker or Tableau. - Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to tackle ambiguous problems. - Excellent communication and presentation skills to translate data into actionable insights. - Collaborative team player who enjoys working with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.,
