6+ years of IT experience, primarily in financial application development for payment switches and HP Nonstop Tandem. 4+ years of experience in working on Connex Switching application Prior application developing experience in enhancing ATM and POS terminal handlers preferred Proficiency in programming languages such as TAL/pTAL, TACL, COBOL, SCOBOL, C/C++. Experience with Enscribe and SQL databases. Familiarity with Pathway, FUP, SCUP, INSPECT, DDL, Enform, Xpress, Relate, Batchcom, CED, Connex Utilities. Strong unit testing experience and knowledge of testing frameworks, tools, and simulators like FINSIM. Experience with source code version control tools and methodologies. Understanding of HSM and other security modules within switching applications. Knowledge of EFT transaction processing fundamentals, message types, and standards like ISO8583, AS2805. Experience with scheme compliances such as VISA, MASTERCARD, EFTPOS.
