Job Description

You will be responsible for the following tasks: - Ensuring timely and accurate data entry while maintaining up-to-date financial records. - Maintaining smooth workflow within the team and ensuring adherence to timelines and standards. - Providing coaching and support to junior team members to enhance efficiency and accuracy in tasks. You should possess the following skills: - Strong verbal and written communication skills for managing team discussions and client interactions effectively. - Understanding of fee schedules, offset procedures, and handling deposit and denial code reconciliation. - Ability to analyze and troubleshoot issues efficiently with a clear, logical approach. - Capability to work across various shifts. - Strong leadership qualities to effectively manage and guide a team. - Analytical and logical thinking abilities for problem-solving and data analysis. - Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. - Proficiency in MS Office, with familiarity with financial software being a plus.
