Key Deliverables / Accountabilities Liaise with Design and Development teams to Build products relevant to the user. Monitor product development lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery of features and enhancements. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities and areas for differentiation. Collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision, strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives. Collaborate with cross functional teams to create new solutions and solve problems. Gather and prioritize user requirements through user feedback, data analysis and market insights. Translate user needs to clear product requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria. Work closely with development, design and QA teams to deliver high quality product releases. Monitor user feedback to iterate on product features and drive continuous improvement. Track and analyze metrics of the product and publish reports on product performance and trends. Stay informed about industry developments, regulatory changes and emerging technologies relevant to the stock market ecosystem. Competencies Required Work on FinTech products related to the financial markets and should have worked on Payment Modules. Should have strong technical expertise and the ability to adapt to emerging technologies. Experience with analytical tools to define customer behavior, interpret data, identify trends and drive data driven product decisions. Should be a multi tasker and be able to manage multiple priorities. Should be able to understand and visualize ideas clearly Should be a strong team player who can collaborate effectively with different stakeholders Essential Educational & Experience Qualification Graduation / MBA in any stream with 5-7 years of FinTech experience
