This role requires deep expertise in ACH and Wire transfers , with exposure to RTP, FedNow, and card payment networks . Key Responsibilities Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for the Payments Hub, ensuring alignment with customer needs and regulatory standards. Develop functional specifications for ACH, Wire, RTP, FedNow, and card payment integrations across banks and payment networks. Define and track KPIs such as success rates, processing speed, and fraud detection to improve platform performance. Stay ahead of emerging trends in real-time payments, digital wallets, and open banking to shape future product direction. Requirements 10+ years of experience in payments product management within a financial institution, fintech, or payment processor. Deep expertise in ACH & Wire transfers (Nacha rules, FedWire operations). Hands-on experience with RTP, FedNow, and card issuing/processing . Strong knowledge of payment network integrations, ISO 20022 messaging, and API-based payment systems . Familiarity with regulatory compliance, fraud detection, and risk management . Proven ability to translate business needs into technical requirements . Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with stakeholder management experience. Demonstrated success in delivering complex payment solutions in collaboration with engineering and compliance teams.
