Position Description Job Title: Business Analyst Location: Bangalore/Chennai Employment Type: Full-Time Experience: 3-8 years Your future duties and responsibilities Requirement Elicitation & Analysis: Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and surveys to gather business needs. Translate business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications. Document user stories, use cases, and process flows (BPMN, UML). Solution Design & Validation: Collaborate with architects and developers to design scalable software solutions. Validate proposed solutions against business objectives and constraints. Ensure alignment with industry best practices and regulatory standards (if applicable). Project Management Support: Assist in project planning, scope definition, and risk assessment. Track and report on project progress, blockers, and key milestones. Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives). Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between business users, IT teams, and third-party vendors. Present findings, recommendations, and project updates to leadership. Manage change requests and ensure smooth adoption of new systems. Testing & Quality Assurance: Define test scenarios and support UAT (User Acceptance Testing). Work with QA teams to ensure requirements are met before deployment. Continuous Improvement: Identify process inefficiencies and recommend automation/optimization opportunities. Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends. Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role Must Have Skills: 3+ years of BSA experience with specifically Zelle and Payment experience. Experience with Agile/Scrum, SDLC, and SaaS/enterprise software projects. Technical Skills: Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, or LucidChart. Role & responsibilities Job Description- Commercial Cards Product Lead As a Product Lead within the Commercial Card Product vertical, you will lead cross-functional efforts for the technical release and deployment of new product enhancements as well as go-to-market planning across marketing, sales, communications and documentation. You will participate in, and support, end-to-end projects and programs, including product strategy, product development, product controls, P&L, Cost optimisation evolution of our development / servicing / operations / implementations / Partners. Compliance and process adherence will be the key part of the job responsibility.
