Payment Executive - Customer Relations

You will be a valuable member of the Accounts department, reporting to the Accounting team and MD. Your immediate supervisor will be the Accounts Head. In this role, you will primarily use TALLY Prime for various accounting tasks. The ideal candidate should be a College Graduate (preferred) or a minimum of XII passed with at least 2 years of experience in billing and invoicing within a manufacturing company. Proficiency in TALLY is a must, along with a good understanding of the billing and invoicing processes. You should be highly organized, possess excellent communication skills, and demonstrate a disciplined work ethic. An enthusiastic and hardworking attitude will be beneficial for this role. Additionally, you should have proficient skills in creating and updating Excel spreadsheets, managing clients, and providing excellent customer service. Good English communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for this position. This full-time, permanent role requires at least 1 year of work experience. The position is open to candidates of any gender with a preference for no specific gender. The working days are from Monday to Saturday, with work timings from 10:00 am to 6:30 pm.
