Job Description Accounting Key responsibilities & duties: Onboarding new client and smooth handover it to team members. Taking care of client satisfaction. TAMs take complete responsibility of day-to-day client calls and workflow. They have the TLs and staff to help them achieve this. TAMs can request the CRM to help them out with their day to day calls in case the TAM/TL struggle with communication. TAMs handle day to day activities. Handle KPI meetings along with HR. Appraisals with Workflow managers. Handle confirmation with approval from WFM Feedback giving to team members as and when required. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members. A proactive, client-focused, and results-oriented approach. Should have people management skill. Should be able to grow and run team individually. Should be able to engage, motivate and develop capability of team members. Use of popular software used for Australian Taxation specifically Xero, MYOB, Handi Tax, NetSuite and QuickBooks online preferred. Should be able to troubleshoot of clients query. Follow ISO policies and procedure.
