Operation Supervisor & Manager/Head (Events & Exhibitions)
Were seeking an experienced and hands-on Operation Supervisor to oversee and coordinate the on-ground execution of events, exhibitions, and fabrication projects. The role requires someone with deep technical knowledge, a proactive approach, and the ability to ensure quality, timelines, and client satisfaction are upheld at every stage. Key Responsibilities: Supervise end-to-end operations at sites — exhibitions, events, and custom fabrication setups. Collaborate with production, logistics, and client servicing teams to ensure material readiness, manpower deployment, and timely execution. Oversee the installation and dismantling process, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards. Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to align work schedules and project specifications. Manage onsite issues, troubleshoot operational challenges, and escalate critical concerns when required. Maintain execution checklists, daily site reports, material logs, and labor records. Ensure proper loading, unloading, and transport of materials between warehouse, vendor units, and project sites. Inspect completed setups to ensure design accuracy, structural stability, and finish quality. Support Project Manager and Account Team in technical aspects and during client walkthroughs. Desired Candidate Profile: Graduate in Event Management / Technical Diploma / Interior / Architecture / Civil / Production or related field. 3–7 years of hands-on supervisory experience in events, exhibitions, stall fabrication, or production setup. Must have working knowledge of materials (wood, metal, fabric, print, etc.), layouts, and technical drawings. Ability to read AutoCAD/technical designs is a plus. Strong coordination, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of safety protocols, fabrication techniques, and site management best practices. Must be physically fit and willing to travel extensively for project execution.
