Role & responsibilities: 1. Min. 8+ years of vehicle electrical system design along with software integration experience. 2. Responsible for CAN based architecture definition and development from concept design of different electrical and electronics aggregates, selection of components, product improvements, resolve field issues, adding features, and material cost reduction through VA / VE initiatives Sound knowledge on ECUs, instrument cluster, timer relays, solenoids sensors, electronics pumps, motors and steering wheels etc. Design functional excellence to champion the use of design reviews, optimize value and design for manufacturing. Lead FMEAs, analysis of systems, supplier discussions, project planning, preparation of reports, presentation of work. Support engineering on best practice, drawing reviews, production support, and field test support 5. Experience with electrical component development, wiring harness design, schematic development, and a good understanding of the interaction between software / hardware Knowledge of statutory requirement & procedures for approvals Should have good knowledge of electricals & electronics for selection of various controls, protections & measuring equipments Should handle progressively increasing responsibilities as design engineer in construction machinery industry Should lead team of electrical engineer, set priorities, implement industry best practices. Able to set goals and enchance capability of electrical team Should lead team of software engineers, ability to integrate HW and SW components into machine architecture Understand product requirements, develop V&V plans and execute for compliance and sign-offs Should have hands on experience in product improvements in design features and to resolve the issues in production or field issues 13. Experience developing wiring harnesses and electrical systems using 3D CAD tools and schematic softwares like Creo 3.0, AutoCAD 2017 and the E-plan etc 14. Experience creating and maintaining bills of material for vehicle systems in SAP 15. Coordinate with test and development, purchasing, QA and production departments for development at various stages of projects as required till the implementation Preferred candidate profile: Degree in Engineering Ideal candidate shall possess min. 8 years of experience in electrical & electronics engineering function Good understanding of costing and able to manage build and budget costs with basic knowledge of production processes, ability to relate to construction equipment is highly desirable Must be able to convert conceptual ideas into finished products. Exposure to working in a multinational, multicultural organization Exposure to field/customer requirement & dealing with OEMs is desirable Proficient in 3D CAD software like CREO 3.0, ProfiCAD, Saber, Zuken, E-Plan Skilled in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project) Hands on experience in PLM/Team-Centre Experience leading / owning project deliverables on time Self-motivated with the ability to manage time effectively Maintaining Quality and standards during daily work Canddiate to exhibit sense of urgency and achieve deliverables as per given timeline

Role & responsibilities 1. Form, manage and lead the cross-functional team(s) responsible for the complete and successful implementation of assigned projects 2. Be responsible for the project(s) from start to finish, including timing, costs, scope of work, risk, communications and team project activities/deliverables 3. For Industrialization focused projects, use the Ammann NPD Process to lead the project team through the gate requirements for a successful delivery. 5. Promote manufacturing safety and efficiency through implementation of method/process changes, ergonomic application and safety awareness 6. Establish and maintain project related budgets to show all opportunities and exceptions. 7. Understand stakeholder requirements and distinguish between requirements and wants. 8. Secure adequate internal and external resources to achieve project objectives 9. Create and manage appropriate time plan(s) by defining tailored milestones and deliveries that complement and are in alignment with the project main time plan 10. Ensure all communication and direction of plant related activities is coordinated through your project team and network 11. Role & responsibilities: • Create product verification and validation plan based on new content on each NPD program Identify the risks at design stage and prepare risk mitigation plan for risk reduction. Should be able to identify active and passive risks Responsible for proto builds, test and validation of compactor and paver machines Able to perform functional tests on machines, capture data and prepare test report for compliance Ability to plan the development builds, capture improvement points and drive implementation of improvements Daily, weekly resource planning which includes people, materials and instruments Act as a agent between design and validation team, signing off prodct compliances Ability to communicate freely with cross functional members and act as a change agent to enhance product quality Ability to plan activities independently and also prioritize the activities based on critical project needs Coach and develop people for sustainability Accountable for product performance and compliance Should be able to foresee futurestic needs and act on enchancing test and proto capability MIS reporting on weekly and monthly basis for project / product status update Responsible for efficiency of test and proto team Participate in design reviews and contribute ideas for improvements Preferred candidate profile: • Hands on experience on Vibration testing & analysis of various engines, structural parts and also for operator vibration & noise • Running measurements of acoustic and vibration spectra/waterfalls (color maps) to study orders, in a running vehicle • Interior Noise Testing • Experimental Modal Analysis and Operational Deflection Shape Analysis • Sound absorption coefficient measurement testing • Pass by and Coast by Noise measurement and analysis • Experimental stress analysis (strain gaging) • Temperature and pressure mapping of hydraulic systems and engine cooling systems • Knowledge on Hydraulic systems and fittings • Experience in Verification and Validation testing and new content planning of product • Reliability Growth testing of complete machine • Productivity improvement activities and Testing capability enhancement • Contributed on sensor / data logger selection, Capital budgeting and procurement activities • Team Management • Project Handling • Supporting Homologation of machines
