This role requires you to oversee sales and distribution in your assigned region and work to grow your customer base. We need individuals with innate leadership qualities & someone who can maintain good client & vendor relationships. Responsibilities: Create regional sales plans and quotas in alignment with business objectives Collaborate with senior executives to establish and execute a sales goal for the region Managing end customers / SI partners to maximize sales revenue and meet or exceed corporate set goals Forecast monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals Educating customers with presentations of strategies, seminars and regular meetings Hold ongoing performance reviews with the team to provide constructive feedback Prepare and review the annual budget for the area of responsibility Initiate and innovate marketing strategies to increase sales and reduce costs Analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions Suggest new services/products and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction Reviewing regional expenses and recommend improvements Attend trade shows and conventions as needed. Requirements: 5+ years of proven experience in sales roles specifically related to Fire Alarm systems and ELV solutions. In-depth knowledge of Fire Alarm systems, including design, configuration, and compliance with relevant codes and standards. Ability to propose, design, and present end-to-end Fire Alarm systems to consultants, end users, and contractors. Experience managing a portfolio of key accounts and developing new business opportunities within the Fire Alarm and ELV domain. Strong experience in sales forecasting, pipeline management, and target achievement. Proficiency in CRM tools and SAP software for tracking sales activities and customer engagement. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. A proactive, customer-focused mindset with a passion for sales and technology. Willingness to travel extensively based on project and client requirements.
