Designation: Senior Recruiter Experience: 8 - 12 Years Location: Salem / Chennai Shift Mode: Night Shift Industry: Open to Any Industry Job Description We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in end-to-end recruitment, team leadership, and client relationship managementparticularly within the US Staffing domain. Key Responsibilities Manage the entire recruitment life cycle, from sourcing to onboarding. Handle client interactions , ensuring timely delivery and satisfaction. Lead and mentor a team of recruiters to achieve hiring targets. Source and screen candidates through various platforms (LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, etc.). Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and business needs. Maintain recruitment metrics, reports, and performance dashboards. Ensure compliance with company policies and client-specific recruitment standards. Required Skills & Experience 8 - 12 years of experience in recruitment; exposure to US staffing is highly preferred. Proven experience in team management and client coordination . Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and handle multiple client accounts. Flexible to work in night shift to align with US time zones. Additional Information Notice Period: Maximum 30 days
