As a Pattern Maker, you will be responsible for creating and developing patterns for women's garments, ensuring precise fitting and performance, and utilizing computer-aided design (CAD) technology. Collaborating closely with designers and sewing teams, you will play a crucial role in producing high-quality samples, making necessary adjustments to meet both artistic and functional requirements. Ideal candidates for this full-time on-site role should possess expertise in Pattern Design, Pattern Making, and Fitting, along with strong sewing skills. Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) is essential for this position. Attention to detail and accuracy are key qualities we are looking for, along with excellent communication and teamwork skills. Previous experience in the fashion industry will be an advantage, and a formal training or degree in Fashion Design or a related field is highly desirable.
