Fit and Production Support: Troubleshoot fitting issues by collaborating with sample makers and production teams, providing pattern adjustments as needed. Pattern Maintenance: Organize and maintain the digital pattern library, ensuring patterns are updated, stored correctly, and easily accessible. Quality Control: Double-check pattern dimensions and styles to ensure they meet all garment construction and fit requirements. Industry Knowledge: Stay informed about the latest pattern-making techniques, software updates, and industry trends to improve efficiency and quality. Key Qualifications & Skills Software Proficiency: Expertise in CAD pattern-making software, with Astor experience being a specific advantage.
