You are a talented Graphic Designer who will be responsible for creating and implementing designs across various media formats such as print, digital, and web. Your primary focus will be to ensure that all designs align with our brand guidelines and business objectives. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 4 years of experience in graphic design and be located in Gurugram. The role offers a Hybrid mode of working, and we are specifically looking for Early Joiners who can start immediately or within 15 days. To excel in this role, you should possess a university degree in graphic design, digital design, or a similar major. Previous experience in a graphic designer role, particularly in a corporate environment within a creative team, would be advantageous. A robust portfolio showcasing both digital and print design samples is required, where you can articulate your contribution to each piece. Your design skills should demonstrate a keen eye for typography, color, and layout. Proficiency in using grids, style sheets, and ideally a pattern library is essential. You must have a comprehensive understanding of print as a medium, including the ability to create print-ready assets and liaise with printers for final production. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud tools such as InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator is a must. Additionally, expertise in Microsoft Office programs like Word and PowerPoint on a Mac platform, along with Google Workspace, is necessary. Familiarity with Figma is a bonus, and knowledge of simple animation in Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premier is advantageous. Attention to detail is crucial in this role, and you should have the ability to meticulously review your work.
