Pattern Grader

This is a full-time on-site role for a Pattern Grader at Aman Shoe Factory, located in Agra. As a Pattern Grader, your primary responsibility will be grading patterns to various sizes with precision and accuracy. You will be tasked with ensuring that all measurements are correct and maintaining detailed records of the patterns. Collaboration with the design and production teams will be essential to guarantee the highest quality of patterns. Additionally, you will need to modify patterns when necessary and ensure that they meet production standards. To excel in this role, you should possess experience in pattern grading, pattern making, and have a strong understanding of measurement accuracy. A good knowledge of leather footwear construction and manufacturing processes is crucial. Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software related to pattern grading is required. Attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with design and production teams are key attributes for success in this role. Previous experience in the footwear industry would be advantageous. Ideally, you should hold a Bachelor's degree or relevant certification in fashion design, pattern making, or a related field.
