As a Nursing Staff member, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to patients in various healthcare settings. Your role will involve assisting with medical treatments, monitoring patient health, providing emotional support, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Your dedication and compassionate approach will be key in contributing to evidence-based care delivery. Your primary responsibilities will include monitoring, assessing, and documenting patient health conditions, administering prescribed medications and treatments, and assisting patients with personal hygiene, mobility, feeding, and other daily activities. You will also play a crucial role in supporting patients emotionally and effectively communicating their concerns to physicians. Additionally, you will prepare patients for procedures, assist during examinations or surgeries, operate medical equipment, and ensure its proper maintenance. Collecting samples for lab testing and maintaining accurate patient records will also be part of your clinical duties. Collaboration and communication are essential aspects of your role, as you will work closely with doctors, specialists, and other healthcare providers to deliver comprehensive care. Educating patients and their families on health conditions and post-discharge care, participating in staff meetings and case discussions, and maintaining compliance with infection control, health, and safety protocols are also vital components of your responsibilities. Upholding ethical and professional standards and ensuring patient confidentiality at all times will be paramount. To qualify for this position, you should possess a diploma or degree in Nursing from an accredited institution and hold a valid nursing license (RN, LPN, etc.) as required by local/national regulations. Prior clinical experience is preferred, and strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential. Your ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, along with a compassionate and patient-focused mindset, will be crucial. Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) and basic medical software is also desirable. This full-time position may involve shifts, weekends, and holiday work, as well as tasks such as standing for extended periods, lifting patients, and responding to emergencies. Proficiency in Hindi is preferred for this role, and the work location is in person.,
