Job Description

We are seeking PATIENT RELATION EXECUTIVE (FEMALES ONLY) to join our dynamic team of Craft Hospital Kerala with ELIGIBILITY-MSW (MASTER IN SOCIAL WORK)& EXPERIENCE-2 YEARS.

JOB DESCRIPTION

To give counselling to patients
Issuing Treatment Reports to patients
Coordination in arranging documents for medical reimbursement
Assisting Foreign Patients to OPD and further Procedures
Preparation of all documents which includes Discharge Summary & Discharge bill settlements
FET Counselling preparation
Mail Checking
Answering telephonic enquiries regarding treatment procedures and cost
Performing other administrative tasks when needed

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
