As a Medical Science Liaison (MSL) at Alkem Laboratories Limited, you will be responsible for engaging, collaborating, and aligning with various external stakeholders to create value, address patient needs, and improve medical practices for enhanced patient access and outcomes. Leveraging scientific evidence during engagements, you will identify impactful insights that inform product strategies, evidence generation plans, launch excellence roadmaps, patient journeys, and medical strategies. Your role involves strategic scientific partnership with Field matrix colleagues to support healthcare system strengthening and enhance patient access and outcomes. Being updated on scientific advancements in the relevant domain, you will be adept at resolving queries from both external and internal customers. Your major accountabilities include contributing strategically to Patient Journey mapping, evidence generation plans, product strategies, and medical strategies. Utilizing your expertise in the assigned therapeutic area and Alkem Laboratories Ltd. compounds, you will serve as the Medical, Clinical, and Scientific expert for field matrix colleagues. Identifying and mapping external stakeholders aligned with the medical strategy will be crucial, along with expanding engagement beyond Healthcare Professionals to foster innovative partnership models. You will play a key role in communicating relevant evidence to stakeholders, responding to information requests promptly and compliantly, and managing administrative tasks efficiently. Travelling nationwide to connect with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and supporting internal customers during product launches are integral parts of your responsibilities. Upholding Ethics and Compliance Professional Practices Policy is essential. To qualify for this role, you should be a Qualified Medical Professional (MBBS, BAMS, BDS) or hold a post-graduate degree in health/life sciences such as Pharmacy, Masters, or a doctoral degree (MPharm, PharmD, PhD) is preferred.,
