Patient Journey Partner - Opthalmology

Role Overview: As a Patient Journey Partner (PJP) in the Ophthalmology department at Roche, you will play a crucial role in delivering better outcomes for patients, their community, and the organization. You will be the empowered leader and the local face of Roche, partnering closely with stakeholders involved in the patient journey to co-create meaningful solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Act as the primary point of contact between stakeholders and Roche involved in the patient journey, focusing on bringing the outside in and leveraging Roche's expertise to transform outcomes for patients - Create exponential impacts for patients and the community by removing roadblocks and unlocking possibilities to deliver value - Oversee the patient journey in its entirety, identifying shared purposes among stakeholders and co-creating solutions in the ecosystem - Share patient and stakeholder community needs internally, prioritize and secure resources, and drive solutions that deliver outcomes faster - Ensure great experiences for stakeholders engaging with Roche employees, products, and services by owning the customer engagement strategy based on customer insights Qualifications Required: - Hold a university degree (scientific, economic, or business degree) or an advanced degree in Life science and/or MBA is a plus - Practical understanding of digital innovation methodologies and deep understanding of patient journey(s) and related treatments in defined disease area(s) - Broad understanding of Roche's present portfolio and future pipeline, with in-depth knowledge of medical affairs strategies and tactics including clinical research - In-depth understanding of Delhi's healthcare system and the role of multiple stakeholders within this, along with knowledge of Delhi Market Pharmaceutical Code of Conduct and other relevant standards and guidelines - Excellent experience in customer and stakeholder engagement in the healthcare system Note: Roche is committed to building a healthier future by advancing science and ensuring access to healthcare for all.
