Role & responsibilities - Perform timely and accurate sample collection from patients' homes, clinics, and OCC (Online Collection Centres). Ensure clinics/OCC eMedic locations are opened on time and are operational as per schedule. Coordinate with riders to ensure timely pickup and transportation of samples from clinics/OCC to the assigned hubs. Adhere strictly to SOPs for the collection of blood and COVID-19 samples. Maintain the cold chain (2C to 8C) during the entire sample handling and transportation process.
