Job Description

As a Patient Counselor at Eye Mantra Hospital, your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Act as the primary point of contact for patients visiting the clinic, addressing their inquiries and providing information about various eye care services and treatments. - Guide patients about pre-treatment and post-treatment care, as well as counsel them regarding surgery options like LASIK, cataract, retina, etc. - Explain treatment plans, procedures, and benefits to patients and their families in a clear and supportive manner. - Schedule appointments for consultations, follow-ups, and surgeries, ensuring timely coordination between patients and doctors. - Conduct follow-up calls to check on the patients' recovery progress and address any concerns or queries after treatment. - Ensure proper filing and confidentiality of all patient documents to maintain privacy and compliance. - Act as a liaison between patients and the medical team for smooth communication, and assist doctors during patient consultations if required. - Provide patients with information on ongoing offers, health packages, and wellness programs to promote eye care services. - Encourage patients to adopt preventive measures for eye health to maintain their well-being. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree (Preferred) Experience: - Total work experience: 1 year (Preferred) - Experience in counselling: 1 year (Preferred) Please note that the work location for this role is in person.
