Job Summary:

Patient Counsellor

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel patients on the
loan and reimbursement process
in a clear and professional manner.
Convert eligible leads
into loan borrowers.
Prepare and dispatch
complete case documents to insurance companies.
Coordinate with patients and CARE.FI
teams to ensure smooth and timely case processing.
Follow up with hospital teams and CARE.FI representatives
for regular updates and quick resolutions.
Maintain accurate records of counselling sessions and case progress.
Ensure patient satisfaction by handling queries with empathy and professionalism.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Graduate/Postgraduate
in any field (preferably in healthcare or related domain).
Mandatory:
Prior experience in
health insurance
and
claim processing
.
Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills
.
Strong
customer service orientation
and
patience
while dealing with patients.
Ability to multitask and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
Good knowledge of MS Office and documentation handling.
