Patient Care Specialist- Field Role

You will be working as a Patient Care Specialist at Marbles Health, a company dedicated to transforming mental health care with innovative brain stimulation technology. Your role will involve delivering EASE therapy sessions directly to patients in their homes within your assigned zone. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe, effective, and compassionate delivery of therapy sessions as per doctor prescriptions. **Key Responsibilities:** - Travel daily to patient homes to administer EASE brain stimulation therapy (tDCS). - Guide patients through cognitive emotional training exercises. - Educate families on therapy goals and address common questions. - Record session data and adherence using a mobile app. - Monitor for side effects and escalate concerns to clinical supervisors. - Maintain strict hygiene, equipment sanitization, and safe handling. - Provide emotional support and motivation during therapy sessions. - Report daily to the Patient Care Manager and participate in monthly performance reviews. **Qualifications Required:** - Degree/Diploma in Nursing, Paramedical Sciences, Biomedical, Psychology, or related fields. - Preferred backgrounds include Psychiatric Nurses, Registered Nurses, Paramedical professionals, Psychologists, Therapy Assistants, or Lab Technicians experienced in patient-facing roles. - Other requirements include a valid driver's license, willingness to travel daily within city limits, proficiency in using mobile/tablet apps for reporting, fluency in Hindi and basic English, and a warm, empathetic demeanor with strong interpersonal skills. **About Marbles Health:** Marbles Health is at the forefront of mental health care innovation, offering CDSCO-approved brain stimulation technology for conditions like depression, ADHD, anxiety, OCD, and addiction.
