Patient Care Service Executive

Typical Responsibilities:

• Direct Patient Care:Assisting patients with personal hygiene, bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Mobility Assistance:Helping patients with walking, transferring between beds and wheelchairs, and using mobility aids.
• Monitoring and Reporting:Taking vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure), observing patient condition, and reporting any changes to the nursing staff.
• Meal Assistance:Helping patients with feeding, ensuring they receive adequate nutrition and hydration.
• Maintaining Cleanliness:Keeping patient rooms and common areas clean and organized, sanitizing equipment as needed.
• Emotional Support:Providing companionship, listening to patients' concerns, and offering encouragement.
• Documentation:Maintaining accurate records of patient care activities, vital signs, and any changes in condition.
• Assisting with Medical Procedures:Under supervision, helping with simple tasks like collecting specimens or assisting with medical equipment.
• Communication:Effectively communicating with patients, their families, and other members of the healthcare team.
• Adhering to Safety Protocols:Following safety guidelines and protocols to prevent falls, injuries, and infections.
• Patient Advocacy:Ensuring patients' rights are respected and their needs are met.
• Coordination:Coordinating with other healthcare professionals to ensure smooth patient care.
• Education:Educating patients and their families on health maintenance and medication adherence.

Qualifications and Skills:

• High School Diploma or GED:While some roles may require additional certifications, a high school diploma or equivalent is often the minimum requirement.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,063.16 - ₹28,550.66 per month
