Job Overview:

Yenepoya Nursing home is looking for Patient Care Executive for whose role:

· Crucial Administrative and Patient Liaison role in healthcare

· Responsible for improving patient experience

· Coordinate with medical staff, managing patient information, and ensuring smooth patient flow.

Key Responsibilities:

1. To visit patients to ensure that they are comfortable and satisfied with the services provided. Also submit daily report on the rounds carried out to the manager.

2. To know the number of patients, new admissions, night problems, if any

3. To update admission and discharge register.

4. To meet patient and ensure proper services from all the departments.

5. To inform concerned support staff to resolve patient complaints and to raise incident report.

6. To follow up pending investigation. To receive and file investigation reports.

7. To ensure Clearance from billing and maintain register of discharge checklist.

8. To follow up referrals and doctor’s visits.

Qualifications:

Any graduates with Hospital Administration Experience

Education:

BHA or BBA with Hospital Administration

Experience:

Freshers or 1 year experience

· Administrative Task

· Problem - Solving
