Daily rounds of the outpatient department to ensure the readiness of the consultation rooms, cleanliness of the department and resource availability
OPD scheduling of the consultant’s rooms
To liase between the patient and clinical team & Administration.
Interaction with the patients to address issues, if any
Ensure that there is no delays in the appointment schedule. In case of any delays same to be communicated to the patient.
OP feedback collection
Reports to be prepared as directed by the HOD
Accounts reconciliation to be done on a weekly basis
Ambulance coordination for the patient transfer in and transfer out
Inventory management in OP
Consultant Name boards to be available before the consultation starts
Aiding in smooth functioning of the OPD.
To be able to explain the rates and tariffs of the hospital to patients.
To perform any other task as given by the management.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
